How To Use Exfoliating Gloves To Get Healthy, Clear Skin

Using A Glove

These days, there are a lot of exfoliating products on the market. From sponges and loofahs to specials scrubs that have tiny abrasive particles embedded in them, there are countless ways to remove dead skin cells. Out of all of these products, exfoliating gloves are some of the easiest to use and most effective.

These gloves are designed to fit snugly on your hands. They are made from textured fabric that is capable of gently scrubbing away dead skin cells. The gloves themselves are surprisingly easy to use.

Of course, before you can exfoliate your skin, you have to find the perfect pair of gloves. Look for a pair that fits snugly on your hands without a lot of extra fabric. They shouldn’t be so loose that your hands can slide around inside of them. Instead, they should be relatively form-fitting.

They should also be made from a material that is textured but not overly rough. If the fabric of the gloves is too abrasive, it can leave your skin raw, red, and irritated. Ideally, the gloves should be rough enough to slough off dead skin cells but not so rough that they cause irritation.

How To Use

Once you find the right gloves, the next step is to put them to use. Take them into the shower with you. Squeeze a small amount of liquid soap onto one of the gloves and rub your hands together to evenly distribute it on both gloves. Then, begin running your hands over the skin on your body. The texturized surface of the gloves will gently scrub away dead skin cells, revealing the smooth, beautiful skin that lies beneath.

When you are done, simply rinse away the soap and dry off with a towel like usual. The exfoliating gloves will have left your skin soft and smooth. If necessary, follow up with a moisturizing lotion to soothe and restore your skin.
